Not caddisfly, more exciting!
This is a spectacular shot of a "beaded lacewing." The scallop in the margin of the folded wings helps rule out caddisflies. This is a really hairy specimen, and the shot so crisp that I'm sure someone can place it at least to genus. Moving to family for now.

But note the difference in wing venation - trichops have very few accessory cross veins. But a great picture non the less.
