Cedar beetle? - Silvanus bidentatus

Size: 2mm
This small (2mm not counting antenna) beetle was found crawling on a newly purchased piece of cedar fencing on 9 November 2009. Does anyone recognize it? Being on a cedar board may have nothing to do with it, but maybe it might help.
