Fished out of a pail of water, near oak, beech and wild cherry.

Submitted to ID request, didn't know if the best place to submit to is Barklice or somewhere before there.
Please advise.

Valenzuela, probably pinicola (Banks) -- Ed Mockford det.
His comment: "a male of the flavidus group, all of which have stout or swollen front and middle tibiae, which in this one are just about the right stoutness for V. pinicola."
