Bur oak leaves with lots of blotch leaf mines, larvae and pupae collected 25-Jul-2009. Adults of both C. hamadryadella and C. cincinnatiella began emerging 28-Jul-2009. Viable pupa in closed cell. Wasp pupa in torn open cell.

Bur Oak
The leaf visible on the linked BugLifeCycles page is bur oak (Quercus macrocarpa).

A wasp pupa
and I believe it's a wasp larva attached to the lep larva
Also have a photo of a Diptera (I think) larva on one of the Lep larva. It gets complicated.
