Termite nymph - Zootermopsis angusticollis

Termite nymph - Zootermopsis angusticollis
Nathan Chapman Memorial Trail, Puyallup, Pierce County, Washington, USA
November 11, 2009
Size: 12 mm?
Found from peeling bark off a fallen tree. I would assume it would be a pacific dampwood termite?

Moved

Most likely.
This would also be a nymph, as these primitive termites have no true "worker" caste.
