Mystery Blue - Brephidium pseudofea - female

Mystery Blue - Brephidium pseudofea - Female
Horseshoe Bend, Weatherford, Parker County, Texas, USA
November 3, 2009
I came across this little beauty nectaring on the Golden Crownbeard/Cowpen Daisy (Verbesina encelioides) plant in the back yard. There was only the one. In my Kaufman Butterfly guide, there are two of these shown with slight differences; Eastern Pygmy Blue (Brephidium isophthalma)& Western Pygmy Blue (Brephidium exile). This one looks more like the Eastern Pygmy Blue, but would be out of range according to the Kaufman map. I would like any opinions as to which this is. Thanks.
