While I can't be 100% sure without specimen in hand, this is excellent addition of a rather unique species, Sinea coronata, to the guide. This is the only species of Sinea in which the abdomen flares abruptly and this characteristic can be seen in both sexes. I believe this feature is evident in the outline of the left (far) abdominal margin. The pronotal tubercles and habitus fit as well. I've collected this species in southern Texas myself.

 
Parasinea
A new genus Parasinea has been proposed for Sinea coronata.

Been aware of this...
but there are reasons to hesitate implementing this change in the guide. In essence, it is another Brochymena/Parabrochymena situation (see Forum discussion here), with a derived genitalic feature shared by two species within Sinea, a monophyletic and well-characterized genus.
