Smoky brown cockroach
That deep brown color without any pattern on the pronotum on a fully winged, large cockroach make this a Smoky Brown Cockroach:

So it is a native

Naturalized vs. Native
Technically, all of the Periplantea found in North America are not native, although they have been here for so long that they are not generally considered "invasive" anymore. Because they have adapted so well here, they can be called "naturalized." I appreciate your interest in roaches- most are not as flashy as Hymenoptera, but the real mysteries of sociality will be solved by looking at the behaviors of the roaches and termites. Even E. O. Wilson has adopted this view!
