Asiatic Oak Weevil? - Cyrtepistomus castaneus

Asiatic Oak Weevil? - Cyrtepistomus castaneus
Montrose, Laurens County, Georgia, USA
November 25, 2009
This is a close match visually, including the greenish face, except my little monster has a distinctive black collar between the head and thorax. Anyone know who this may be?
