Life Cycle

These species construct thimble-shaped mud nests, each containing an egg and a spider for the developing larva to feed on. They sever the legs of their prey to accommodate transport.

Remarks

Messatoporus discoidalis (Ichneumonidae) parasitizes members of this tribe
