Female
Wide abdomen, with a pointy tip = ♀
Base of wings completely dark = ♀
FYI, I looked in
Echthodopa pubera
, but there aren't any images from Ed Trammel, at this time. Maybe the image (that you referred to below) has been frassed or moved again.
If you can find it, please put a link into a comment, so we don't end up making a similar mistake, thanks!

I'm trying to clear up one little
corner of the close relationship between the genera Eudioctria and Echthodopa. I have put my picture here of Eudioctria tibialis (taken in western Arkansas) and I have moved Ed Trammel's picture, put here I think by mistake, to Echthodopa pubera (after making a new page to take it). I will explain my reasons there.
