cellar spider??
Are the legs long enough to be a cellar spider? It has the leg banding and carapace marks of Modisimus. Those legs don't look right though. Mimetus have a carapace like that, but where are the leg spines? Add to that that I really think it looks like a cobweb weaver and I guess I should just say, I don't know!

 
Theridiidae
I think this will turn out to be a cobweb weaver, maybe even Theridion itself. Never seen a pirate spider in Oregon myself, so not sure they exist there.

 
Ah ha...
How about Theridion tinctum. It matches banding on the legs, dark mark on the carapace, and dots on the edges of the carapace.


In fact, I'm so sure I'm moving it there.
