Moved
Moved from Caddisflies.

Phryganeidae
Sorry - I cannot tell which genus

Paul, for the future: to have your images noticed by the experts and get IDs faster, post all caddis-, stone-, and mayfly pix to the respective order pages rather than to ID Request.
Also, please refer to this forum thread for more recommendations – these are by no means official but are loosely followed by most editors and many contributors, which helps a lot to expedite identification process.

Moved from ID Request.

Thanks
I'll try and post everything in the right place . I've been doing that with moths , but didn't realize it's the same for all the insects. Paul

not all--
Dr Ascher prefers to look for Aculeata in ID Req.; Dr Hamilton also seems to pick his hopper ID work from there... It's just a matter of expert's personal preferences, which may change over time -- and we will adapt, no biggie, right?
