Size: 3-3.5mm
Is Mycetina hornii correct? M. idahoensis in the MCZ type database looks awfully similar.

These were under the bark of a very rotten log with lots of fungus.

that may be subject to argument; however:
i asked Floyd W. Shockley right away to check it, and he told me that "The images are, in fact, M. horni; M. idahoensis is much more robust with much rounder lateral margins."
so your ID stands confirmed by our leading LBB expert
