Cape Girardeau MO USA, Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, USA

Size: about .5 inch
I could only get a picture of the underside of this little bee. It was foraging on a yellow passion flower vine (passiflora lutea) I tried to get closer, but it dropped off and I lost it...is there a chance that you can tell what this little guy is?

Anthemurgus passiflorae male
These have reddish mandibles and tarsi and fore tibiae as seen in the photo. Note the broad head (would be narrower in Dialictus) and antennae relatively short and with segments of varying thickness (longer and more parallel-sided Dialictus).
