Amazing fly - great shots.
Wish I had something like that to photograph in the yard . . . everything here is either asleep in the cold or hiding from the rain.

 
Well, you're keeing me entertained with your backlog.
I was struggling to find anything in our parched landscape, until I fell into a cactus patch. (Not literally, though.) I'm always amazed by Tom Murray, an easterner who finds insects in the the snow.
