Cheeks may be too narrow for it to be M. rugifrons
More extensive pale hairs on T5-T6 than I would expect in M. campanulae

Leafcutter Bee
That scopa on the abdomen puts it in family Megachilidae. There are plenty of people that will be able to get it down to genus for you but if you're bored you can browse through the family :) I'm gonna guess
