Our first thought is
S. tenebrosa, but we don't know all the possibilities.

I was just coming to that conclusion (following Tom's ID), using (1). Nothing else seems similar. I'll add a couple of (low-resolution) shots of the terminal appendages.

Somatochlora Emerald (male)
Not sure which one, but the tail appendages are an important feature to get these identified.
