Variable Sallow Moth?
I've been agonizing over a Sallow I photographed yesterday that I now think is
Chaetaglaea tremula
. As I looked at the posted images I stumbled over this one that seems to be out of place to this amateur. I think it is #9941
Sericaglaea signata

Probably a Trembling Sallow
The overall shape and date say it's a -glaea sallow, the shape of the reniform spot, the pm line and the st line are a match for Chataglaea, and the wavy am line points to Chataglaea tremula.
