Acrobasis cirroferella #5684 or maybe angusella #5673? - Acrobasis ostryella

Acrobasis cirroferella #5684 or maybe angusella #5673? - Acrobasis ostryella
Okeechobee County, Florida, USA
May 9, 2009
Based on images on MPG, it appears to me that these two species are difficult to separate using photos. But I think the one I photographed looked a bit more like cirroferella. Would appreciate knowing the distinguishing characteristic(s) which can be used in the field to separate the two--if the one I photographed was either of these.

5680 - Acrobasis ostryella
Brian Scholtens says: "This is Acrobasis ostryella. The reddish/purple shading and the combination of colors white/black/red near the raised scale ridge are distinctive." (no rsvp, thanks)

Sent Off for an Opinion
A. angusella - 5673 is not found in Florida. Looks like Acrobasis cirroferella to me, but let's wait for an opinion from higher authority.
