NH lepturinae for ID - Etorofus plebejus

Size: 12 mm
Those three pictures show, I think the same species. Apart from the fact it is a lepturinae, I can't go further with the web and the guide - I have no decent books about north-american coleoptera. Any help ?

Leptura species
I think this is Leptura plebeja. The other two pictures (are you talking about photos 36080 and 36077?) are definitely different species in the genus Trigonarthris.

for your reply and your help on this. I am an absolute beginner as far as N American insects are concerned. So you disagree with the ID suggested before that the two "in copula" are Brachyleptura circumdata ?

Brachyleptura circumdata does superficially resemble the Trigonarthris species in your area (these beetles are either T. proxima or T. minnesotana - you need a ventral view and a magnifying glass to tell them apart) except that Trigonarthris are much bigger so you could not tell them apart without knowing the scale. But in the dorsal view photo you can see the characteristic pronotal shape and non-divergent elytral tips with a thick black terminal band that point to a Trigonarthris species.
