ciid - Sphindocis denticollis

ciid - Sphindocis denticollis
Redwood Regional Park, Oakland, Alameda County, California, USA
December 19, 2009
Size: 4mm
I think this may be Sphindocis denticollis ... assuming it's a ciid. It's got long antennae for a ciid, with 11 antennomeres. It looks like this MCZ type specimen. Am I on the right track?

The beetle was inside a rotting, fungusy log.
