Moved
Moved from Dragonflies. I showed these two photos to the dragonfly person at the Mass. Natural Heritage & Endangered Species Program, and she agreed with my ID--but the species has been delisted in the past few years.

Take a look at the plate here. I can't make out enough detail to say for sure on these but you may be able to. The two females (#361110 and ##361111) probably aren't identifiable beyond Phanogomphus, the males may be.

Thanks
I'm thinking this one, at least, most resembles G. borealis, but I'm not certain. It's too bad I didn't have a better lens at the time, because that species is a state-listed Species of Concern in Massachusetts. I'll be sure to get close-ups of terminal appendages when I shoot dragonflies in the future.
