Neoscona crucifera

Neoscona crucifera
Marlton, Burlington County, New Jersey, USA
Size: Maybe around 1 - 1.5 mm?
December 27, 2009 (they must have started emerging on 12/26 but I didn't take the first shots until after midnight)
I had two of these emerge from the egg sac one night. I photographed both, this is the first one.
The next morning I had dozens. I gave them some springtails. I'm not sure if I should raise or release them? Maybe some of each?
The dates have been moved to the remarks section because the egg sac was raised in my house these 2 months.

So mom is what about 3000 times the size (roughly 15³) or maybe just a mere 1000 times bigger (10³)
