Who lived here? - Teloganopsis deficiens

Who lived here? - Teloganopsis deficiens
October Mountain State Forest, Berkshire County, Massachusetts, USA
June 25, 2009
Size: 5 mm (body)
With three tails, and up on a leaf near water, this should be the shed skin of a mayfly.

Perhaps Teloganopsis deficiens
My guess would be Teloganopsis deficiens based on the size, emergence timing, and what appears to be dark wings.
