Carpenter Ant (Camponotus sp.) - minor worker
One can notice that verall habitus and patterned gaster ("abdomen")are strongly reminding of Dolichoderus plagiatus.
Interestingly, several small-sized Camponotus tend to mimick Dolichoderus species living in the same habitat, and this is a worldwide phenomenon. Other Camponotus still do the same with Crematogaster (Acrobat Ants) species.

thanks for the help
I wouldn't have guessed this was a Camponotus sp.
