Yes
Fishfly in the genus Chauliodes. I wouldn't venture a guess as to which of the two species it is, but perhaps someone else will.

Thanks Ken. I'm leaning toward it being the Summer Fishfly because of when I observed it, and it appearing to have yellow markings against a dark background.
