Ponometia (Tarachidia) sp. - Ponometia libedis

Ponometia (Tarachidia) sp. - Ponometia libedis
Caprock Canyons State Park, Briscoe County, Texas, USA
May 23, 2009
Seen in early morning in a lighted building, probably attracted to the light overnight. Looks like a Ponometia, but I have a hard time telling which one (libedis? candefacta?). Any ideas?

Moved
Moved from Ponometia sutrix.

We currently have plenty of examples of this species from Texas and it doesn't really match up with Ponometia sutrix as well, anyway.

Notes: The reniform spot is not dotted; the white median band is "V" shaped; the fringe has two thin-white dashes, rather than one wide dash; the ST line is prominent and jagged.

Moved
Moved from Moths.

Probably 9119 - Ponometia sutrix
I showed the photo to Ed Knudson who also thinks it is probably this species. (no rsvp, thanks)
