Probably a Worn 4991 - Sericoplaga externalis
You can be pretty sure that when moths of this shape have the antennae laid back along the top of the abdomen like this, that you have a Pyraloid moth (Crambidae-Pyralidae). This one is fairly well worn and has lost the typical curvy shape at the forewing outer margins. (no rsvp, thanks)
