Despite it's common name...
...this is actually a really pretty fly! Nice photos! I'm not familiar with flies, so when I saw the title of your submission, I thought it was a funny title made up by you, Ron. Lol!

I think that, as a group, the moths have the best names and the flies the worst. Maybe they need a press agent?
