Probably Caloptilia fraxinella
Very similar to the one I photographed on July 6, 2009 in Toronto.
Maybe 606 Caloptilia fraxinella as per http://www.lepbarcoding.org/northamerica/species.php?region=1&id=61918 ?

Thanks, John.
It looks like that could be it to me (but I'm just a duffer). Time to add a new species to BugGuide? If so, I concede to you the honor of first submission (but you had best submit an image here, if you haven't already) :~)
