Moved from Bagworm Moths. I suspect either Prochalia pygmaea or Zamopsyche commentella for this one. No common names for these guys.
Please fix the date below your photo--the system defaults to 12/31/69 when it doesn't understand what you typed in.

 
Psychids
Thanks very much Charlie for looking at both my psychids. I guessed that these would not be easy to ID specificaly but I didn't want to be crossing the Atlantic with foreign species in my bags to breed them through!
