It resembles
Cyrtepistomus castaneus
(Asiatic Oak Weevil):
Trouble is, it also resembles (in a general way, at least) several other species. Please consider this a guess, and wait for a second opinion. (That said, you'd probably be safe moving it to Subfamily Entiminae if you wanted to.)
