Proctos hasn't filled in the
Proctos hasn't filled in the bio page, but seems to be knowledgeable with this family. Proctotrupids are the only thing that he or she identifies, and comments on every one. I just gave this one to Don Chandler for the UNH collection, and if Don sees anything wrong with the identity, he'll let us know.
