Meadowhawk
This is one of the meadowhawks (genus Sympetrum). There are several in the region, and some of them are very difficult to tell apart (impossible as females). This one appears to be a Ruby -- Autumn would have yellow legs, White-faced would have a white face, and in Cherry-faced, older males like this should have fairly bright red faces.
