Looks like a Neriene sp.
I don't have any personal, hands-on experience with this genus, but I tried to find as much info as I could. Which wasn't much, lol. Some fairly old publications spoke of Neriene clathrata as one of the most common species, so I started to pursue that possibility. There is a N. clathrata drawing in Comstock's 1912 "The Spider Book" on page 384 that matches your spider... but I'm not too sure how much we should depend on that. Hopefully the other spider folk will have more info. I had a hard time trying to find online pdf files for this genus.

Hopefully the new picture is a mature female, and Kevin can figure this one out after he gets her.
