Unknown Dragonfly - Sympetrum corruptum
Gilbert Riparian Preserve, Maricopa County, Arizona, USA
January 8, 2010
Size: aroung 2 inch wingspan
The only dragonfly species seen in the area, although quite common. Rather small. Looks like a skimmer or meadowhawk of some sort.
