See the species account in Matthews (2009)(1) and Barnes & Lindsey (1921)(2) as Trichoptilus parvulus.
Buckleria parvulus adults have:
  • a forewing second lobe that is narrow with an acute apex, as in Trichoptilus, Dejongia, and Megalorhipida, and not broader with a well developed, curved outer margin, as in Sphenarches, Geina, Capperia, and Oxyptilus.
  • an abdomen with two continuous, white, subdorsal lines, unlike in Trichoptilus, Dejongia, and Megalorhipida.
