Size: About 45mm long
The closest match I've found for these dragonflies is "lancet clubtail" - but I'm not certain, as there doesn't seem to be much of a "club".

Looks like either Harpoon or Beaverpond and I lean towards Beaverpond but not sure I can see the details quite clearly enough.
