Another wasp that looks like Eumenes fraternus but has a more yellow coloring. This one is nectaring on goldenrod.

I think this one is Eumenes verticalis (female)
E. fraternus has darker wings and defitinetely more black on the legs, particularly the tibiae - which are mainly sulphur yellow here.
