Pteromalidae (wasp #3)
Solidago galls collected 10-Sep-2009. First flies and wasps emerged (on or before) 24-Sep-2009. More emerged (o/b) 29-Sep-2009. Container emptied 7-Oct-2009.
Wasps emerged in rearing container with Rhopalomyia anthophila, Solidago gall makers

Pteromalidae (male)
Forewing venation and presence of annelli on the antennae are diagnostic for this huge Chalcid Wasps family. Maybe a hyperparasitoid of the Torymid you posted earlier.
