Lymantes sp. Bob Anderson is revising Lymantes and says he will place all Eastern Lymantes under one species. and I don't know if that means scrobicollis Gyllenhal or puteolatum (Dury). Check with him for the specific name. It would be arkansasensis Sleeper now. Great pictures.

actually, a molytine -- Lymantes; arkansasensis sounds nice, too

Cossoninae...yes
I can see the large hooked tooth at the apex of the hind tibia. Body shape and punctation also supports. I don't have a lot of experience with this subfamily to go further, but this is a cossonine.
