Short-winged Adult Female
I think this one's trying to trick you into thinking it's a nymph by sporting short wings...looks too sexually mature to be anything but an adult.

For species, is the ovipositor long enough for it to be Conocephalus strictus, a straight-lanced meadow katydid? Lots of pics of more right here on this site... All the adults look to be short-winged and they come in different colours!
