Adult #2, dorsal view.

Wing base to tip is 2.8 mm. Wing width is 1.6 mm.
Antenna is 2.2 mm.

This extra-hairy guy shows the white spots at the end of the wing veins.

further diagnostic towards C. albipunctata?

 
Yes
Distinctive features are spots at end of wing veins, brown fur with white antennae, and white rings at end of leg segments. I don't see white on legs; I do see the other two.
