Insect unknown - Phengodes fusciceps - Male
Okeechobee County, Florida, USA
February 2, 2010
This insect came flying around the sheet, finally landed and his body was constantly moving from side to side. He has one leg on top of his wings. He didn't stay very long.

Moved from ID Request.

Yes, Phengodes
P. fuscipes floridensis Blatchley.
