I'm pretty sure another Tibicen dealbatus.

Moved from Cicadas.

This dealbatus is one of the prettiest I have seen! Most are a duller green, even tan.

Some where in Kansas, there is a fine blend zone between pronotalis and dealbatus...please let me know if you ever come across a potential intermediate.
