Harpalus fulgens
based on my microscopic examination of this specimen which is now a photo-voucher in the P.W.Messer collection. See my previous comments on this interesting eastern species. This male specimen is a relatively pale teneral. The characteristic very shiny luster dorsally does not show well here as I am suspecting the photographic lighting was diffused to see good detail. Thanks Tim.
