Size: 10mm roughly
Again, I only got a couple of shots before this specimen left. It was feeding on goldenrod. Looking at the second shot, it looks like the rear leg might be the bulky legs I associate with chalcid wasps, but this one was much bigger than the other chalcid wasp I have photographed.
