cassella: Nearctic (BOLD:AAM7959 [transcontinental Canada], BOLD:ABZ2110 [NV, OR], BOLD:ACX3472 [boreal Europe, transcontinental Canada, very low sequence divergence], BOLD:AFB0668 [BC, SK]

proxima: Holarctic (BOLD:AAH4687)

Two Nearctic BINs identified only to genus: BOLD:AAI3640 [BC], BOLD:ACT4606 [NM, SK]
