Yep, Philodromidae
Probably a female Philodromus dispar, a European species that's been introduced to the Pacific NW. They're really common here around my house (King County, WA); I hardly ever see the native Philodromus! :-( I do the majority of my collecting near disturbed areas, though, so that's probably why. Might be a different story if I went out in the woods far away from people & development.
